About the Lyceum
The President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov signed the Decree 'On the Presidential Lyceum 'Akylman'.
The development of intellectual, scientific and creative potential of students, creating necessary conditions for support and encouragement of especially gifted children of the Kyrgyz Republic is one of the most important directions of state policy in the field of education
For the purpose of creating a unified system of education and upbringing of especially gifted children from all over the country, further support and encouragement of talented youth, formation of intellectually developed generation in the Kyrgyz Republic, in accordance with Articles 66, 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic
